Location: York, North Yorkshire
Salary: MPS/UPS3; £32,916 - £51,048 per annum
Start Date: Immediately
Contract Type: Full-Time

Business Studies Teacher Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in Business Studies.
- Plan, assess, and adapt teaching to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to inspire a love for business.
- Monitor and support student progress, providing high-quality feedback and pastoral care.
- Stay updated on changes in the field of business and incorporate relevant industry examples and case studies into teaching.
Business Studies Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Business or a related subject.
- Proven experience or strong potential to teach Business Studies at secondary level.
- Excellent subject knowledge and up-to-date awareness of curriculum developments.
- Be committed to child protection, safeguarding, and pupil welfare.
- Hold a Child Only DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one with GSL Education.
