Deliver engaging English lessons to post-16 learners Support students with SEMH and complex behavioural needs Maintain a structured, safe and consistent classroom environment Implement strong behaviour management and de-escalation strategies

Delivering engaging and differentiated Maths lessons to 16-19-year-old learners Supporting students with SEMH needs and behavioural challenges Creating a structured, consistent and safe classroom environment Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour effectively Adapting teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs Working collaboratively with support staff and senior leaders

Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups Managing classroom behaviour effectively Ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher Adapting quickly to new school environments Marking work where required and providing feedback

Providing 1:1 and small group support to students aged 16-19 Supporting young people with severe mental health needs and extreme behavioural difficulties Implementing behaviour support plans and de-escalation strategies Responding calmly and effectively to crisis situations Working closely with teaching staff and senior leaders to maintain a safe learning environment Recording and reporting incidents accurately

Supporting students with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Providing targeted support for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies Assisting the class teacher in adapting learning materials to meet individual needs Promoting a safe, structured and nurturing learning environment
