💼 As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will: Support students across a range of subjects and abilities, including those with SEN Work 1:1 and in small groups to boost confidence and academic progress Adapt resources and strategies to meet individual student needs Collaborate with teaching staff and the SENCO to provide consistent and high-quality support

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing dedicated support to specific student's with unique learning requirements. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the classroom teacher and other professionals to implement a personalised learning plan tailored to the student's needs.

Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver structured sports sessions that encourage positive behaviour and personal development. Support students in managing their behaviour, using sports to build self-esteem and motivation. Work closely with teaching staff to integrate sports-based behaviour strategies into the school environment.

As an SEN Complex Needs LSA, You Will: Support students on a 1:1 and small group basis Follow personalised learning and care plans with consistency and care Help create a safe, supportive and engaging classroom environment Use creative communication methods such as Makaton, PECS or visual aids Work closely with teachers, therapists and parents to ensure the best outcomes

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEMH LSA (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Learning Support Assistant) to join our secondary schools in Canvey Island. Starting in September, the SEMH LSA will play a critical role in supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health challenges, helping them to engage positively with their education and achieve their full potential.
