This is a school-based classroom support role, not a sports delivery position. You will work alongside teachers to support pupils with learning, behaviour and engagement, with opportunities to provide classroom support, cover supervision and SEN support where needed.

As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will take responsibility for supervising classes and delivering pre-prepared lesson work across different subjects. GSL Education South Yorkshire Branch are currently seeking a patient and dedicated 1:1 Male Teaching Assistant (TA) to work with a school in Wakefield (WF15).

s an SEMH Support Staff member, you will provide tailored support to pupils who may experience social, emotional and mental health needs. Working alongside teachers and other school staff, you will help pupils manage challenges, engage with learning and develop greater confidence and independence. Your day may include one-to-one support, small-group activities, helping pupils regulate their emotions and encouraging positive behaviour throughout the school day.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils across the primary age range. Your day-to-day role will include helping with classroom activities, providing one-to-one and small-group support, and encouraging pupils to stay engaged and confident in their learning. You will also play an important part in maintaining a positive classroom environment and helping pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the class teacher to support pupils with their learning and development throughout the school day. You may provide one-to-one or small-group support, assist with classroom activities and help pupils stay engaged with age-appropriate learning. You'll play an important part in creating a calm and encouraging classroom environment, supporting children with their academic, social and emotional development.

As an SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with special educational needs. You'll create accessible learning opportunities, adapt teaching approaches where required and use assessment to monitor progress and inform future planning. Working closely with support staff and other colleagues, you'll contribute to a positive classroom environment where pupils feel supported, challenged and able to make progress.
