Responsibilities: As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant you will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to understand the specific needs of the student. Implement and adapt educational plans to support the student's individual learning requirements. As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant you will provide one-on-one assistance to the student during classroom activities and lessons. Foster positive relationships with the student, promoting their well-being and engagement.

This role is for a Support Manager looking to help support children between the ages of 5-16 with a primary diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Condition. We need a Support Manager who is committed to supporting children and helping the gain the best chances in life.

Key Responsibilities ✓ Deliver personalised mentoring and reintegration support to pupils experiencing EBSA, SEMH, or medical-related barriers to education. ✓ Support pupils within home environments, community settings, mainstream schools, and specialist provisions. ✓ Build positive, trusting, and consistent relationships with young people and families. ✓ Develop and implement tailored reintegration plans and gradual transition pathways back into education.

Key Responsibilities ✓ Manage and monitor a dedicated caseload of pupils, ensuring support plans and interventions are effective and impactful. ✓ Maintain a strong and visible presence across the school, supporting pupils during transitions and throughout the school day. ✓ Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils, becoming a consistent and supportive role model. ✓ Support pupils with SEMH needs, behavioural challenges, attendance concerns, and additional vulnerabilities.

As Pastoral Lead, you will support pupils both academically and emotionally, ensuring they feel safe, understood, and fully supported within the school environment. You will work closely with safeguarding teams, senior leaders, families, and outside agencies to provide targeted interventions and personalised support strategies that enable pupils to succeed. You will also play an important role in promoting positive behaviour, improving attendance, and helping pupils re-engage with education
