GSL Education was inspired by the experiences gained through the creation and development of a number of charities and institutions in the UK and abroad. Our values are rooted in being ethical in all our undertakings which our clients and candidates truly resound with. We are also successfully audited by REC each year and have our compliance team centre their activities around meticulous vetting and screening of all staff so that we can provide full vetting checks immediately upon each and every booking.
The philosophy behind GSL Education is to support schools by providing them with genuinely committed and competent teaching personnely and support staff, who put the education of their students first. GSL always take an interest in the broader issues facing education and recommends initiatives aimed at overcoming challenges faced by schools. A shining example of this is our targeted intervention at Key Stage 4 and GCSE retakes, as well as pioneering a PGCSE programme alongside the IoE and UEL to address the shortage of Maths and Science teachers.
