As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing dedicated support to a specific student with special educational needs. Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals, you will be instrumental in creating and implementing a personalized learning plan that addresses the unique requirements of the student.

1:1 classroom support

As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing dedicated support to a specific student with unique learning requirements. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the classroom teacher and other professionals to implement a personalized learning plan tailored to the student's needs.

Develop and implement art session plans for students for Key Stage 3 & 4 students. Teach fundamental art techniques, including drawing, painting, and sculpture Provide guidance and feedback to students to help them improve their artistic skills Encourage creativity and self-expression in students' artwork Plan and organize art exhibitions or showcases to display students' work Collaborate with artists and art teachers to integrate art into the curriculum
