GSL Education are recruiting Education/ Psychology/ Childcare graduates to support students academically and to aid the class teacher in the development of the students. This is a learning support role, not a sports coaching or PE delivery position. Alongside teachers and school staff, you will support pupils in the classroom, supervise lessons, and provide practical help to students who need additional encouragement or guidance. The discipline, communication, and motivational skills that come naturally from a sporting background translate powerfully into this environment - but your primary focus will always be on education support, not sport.

As a Behaviour Support specialist, you will work directly with pupils whose behaviour presents a barrier to their own learning and the learning of those around them. This is not a passive role - it calls for someone who is proactive, perceptive, and genuinely invested in helping young people make better choices and develop the emotional tools they need to succeed.

You will work closely with teachers and senior staff to deliver personalised support that meets each pupil's unique requirements. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you may be working across different year groups and settings.
