1:1 Teaching Assistant

As an SEN Specialist (1:1 Support Worker), you'll play a crucial role in providing personalised support and guidance to students with diverse learning needs. Whether you're facilitating access to the curriculum, promoting social skills development, or offering emotional support, your commitment and expertise will empower students to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects and age groups, ensuring that learning objectives are met. Managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment. Providing support and assistance to students as needed, fostering their academic and personal development.

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that stimulate critical thinking, creativity, and literary analysis. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and empowered to express themselves confidently. Utilise a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities, ensuring every student can reach their full potential.

Plan and deliver dynamic MFL lessons tailored to the needs and abilities of students, ensuring language acquisition and cultural appreciation. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and fosters a love for languages. Utilize a range of teaching strategies and resources to effectively teach grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
