Primary Mainstream Supply Teacher – Poole

Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver planned lessons effectively when the class teacher is unavailable.
- Maintain a well-managed, respectful, and focused classroom atmosphere.
- Assist students with their learning and address any questions or needs during lessons.
- Oversee both whole-class instruction and small group tasks across various subjects.
- Adjust seamlessly to the routines and expectations of different school settings.
- Communicate observations and pupil progress to the relevant staff or leadership team.
Requirements:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and confidently.
- A flexible, professional, and positive approach to education.
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
- Experience across different key stages is advantageous.
- Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
