Procurement & Accounts Administrator

Procurement & Accounts Administrator East London Secondary School We are currently recruiting for a Procurement & Accounts Administrator on behalf of a school based in East London. The ideal candidate for the role will need to ensure that all orders are placed with suppliers in a timely fashion and that all queries relating to orders, invoices and payments are dealt with effectively, whilst ensuring best value and developing relationships with all suppliers. The position will be working within the finance team to ensure that all appropriate accounting records are accurate and maintained correctly. It is a friendly team at a successful school and the position will also the provide the opportunity of a permanent contract for the right person. The school has excellent transport links and on-site parking. The rate of pay will depend upon your experience/qualifications and the hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 36hrs per week, full time.
