School Operations Manager
Full Time | Secondary School | Andover
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 (Depending on experience)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in the leadership and smooth running of a growing, forward-thinking school.

The Role:
As School Operations Manager, you will support the Headteacher and senior leadership team in all non-teaching functions of the school. This includes overseeing:

  • Finance and HR administration
  • Site and facilities management
  • Health and safety compliance
  • Catering and cleaning services
  • Day-to-day school operations

You will be a pivotal member of the leadership structure, working to ensure that the school operates efficiently and effectively, allowing teaching staff to focus on delivering the highest standards of education.
