As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing dedicated support to a specific student with special educational needs. Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals, you will be instrumental in creating and implementing a personalized learning plan that addresses the unique requirements of the student.

As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, implementing age-appropriate curriculum, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
