Salary: Paid to Scale (MPS/UPS) – Dependent on Experience

The Role
As a PSHE Teacher, you will deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons that equip students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to thrive both in and beyond the classroom.
You will be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering high-quality PSHE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Supporting students' personal development, wellbeing, and life skills
- Monitoring and assessing student progress effectively
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and wider school staff
- Contributing positively to the wider life of the school
The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching PSHE or a related subject within a secondary setting
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills
- Be passionate about supporting young people's personal development
- Have strong communication and organisational skills
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
