The role:
As a Food Technology Teacher, you will:
• Plan and deliver engaging Food Technology lessons across Key Stages
• Inspire students through practical and creative learning experiences
• Create a positive classroom environment where students feel motivated and supported
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning
• Encourage students to develop valuable skills and a passion for healthy living and food preparation
The ideal candidate will have:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching Food Technology within a secondary school setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
