Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant
Location:Boroughbridge
Salary: £88 – £110 per day
Contract:Full Time

GSL Education are seeking a confident Behaviour Support Teaching Assistantto work within a secondary school in Boroughbridge.
About the School
This school provides a structured learning environment where behaviour support plays an important role in helping pupils remain engaged with education. Staff work collaboratively to support pupils in developing positive behaviour and improving their confidence within the classroom.
Responsibilities

Support pupils who require additional behaviour guidance

Assist teachers in maintaining a positive classroom environment

Provide individual support to pupils during lessons

Help pupils remain engaged with their learning

Work closely with pastoral staff and teachers
Requirements
-
Experience supporting behaviour in an education setting preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
