Location: Hounslow
Pay Rate: £95–£105 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate

This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting pupils with SEND who is seeking flexible work—whether you are looking for day-to-day, part-time, or long-term full-time opportunities.
Key Responsibilities of a SEND Teaching Assistant:
- Provide high-quality 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND, tailored to their individual needs.
- Assist with students’ academic progress as well as their social and emotional development.
- Work collaboratively with class teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised strategies and support plans.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students.
- Follow school policies and contribute proactively as part of the wider school team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with children or young people with SEND.
- Recent school-based experience is essential.
- Confidence in delivering targeted 1:1 support.
- Strong communication skills and a good standard of written and spoken English.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
