Salary: Up to £220 per day

About the Role:
As a Maths Teacher, you will deliver engaging and effective lessons across KS3 and KS4, supporting students of varying abilities and helping them achieve strong academic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons aligned with the national curriculum

  • Assess, track, and report on student progress

  • Create a positive and focused classroom environment

  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils

  • Work collaboratively with the Maths department and wider school team

  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching Maths at secondary level

  • Strong classroom management skills

  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities

  • Professional, reliable, and adaptable approach

  • Have the right to work in the UK

  • Hold an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last 2 years

  • Have a DBS registered to the Update Service or be willing to apply for one with GSL Education
