As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech & language difficulties and social, emotional & mental health needs (SEMH) Work 1:1 with pupils or provide support within small groups Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment Support the class teacher with behaviour management and learning activities Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
