As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2. Your day may include helping children with classwork, supporting small-group activities, encouraging positive behaviour and providing additional assistance where needed. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside subject teachers across Key Stages 3 and 4, providing classroom support and helping pupils stay focused and engaged.
