GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to work in secondary schools across Grantham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator who can inspire students and help them build confidence and success in Mathematics.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and SEN staff to support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. You will help learners access the curriculum, adapt activities where needed, and provide consistent encouragement throughout the school day. The role is focused on educational support, emotional regulation and classroom engagement rather than specialist therapy delivery.

As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping them regulate emotions, stay engaged in learning, and access education in a meaningful way. You will work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to provide consistent support throughout the school day. Experience in sports, youth work or similar backgrounds can be valuable, particularly where it supports behaviour management and engagement, but the focus of this role is school-based learn
