As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes across a range of subjects, following pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring pupils stay focused on their work. You'll manage classroom behaviour, provide support where needed and help maintain a positive environment throughout the school day. The role offers the chance to gain experience across different year groups and subjects while developing your classroom management and communication skills.

As a Behaviour Support professional, you will provide classroom-based support to pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4. You'll work alongside subject teachers and pastoral staff to manage behaviour, support lesson engagement and help pupils stay focused on their learning. The role will involve supporting pupils during lessons and transitions, building positive relationships and helping maintain a calm and structured classroom environment.
