Complex Needs Learning Support Worker Location: Redditch Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only) Working Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm Pay Rate: £93 - £100 per day GSL Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist SEN school in Redditch for dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Workers to support pupils with profound and complex learning and medical needs.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing 1:1 support to learners with additional learning needs and teachers by undertaking a range of non-teaching duties, including classroom administration and practical tasks such as contributing to the preparation of teaching materials in order to assist with the promotion. Reteaching and reinforcing concepts for struggling pupils, helping with classroom setup, supervising students etc.
