Location: Brighton
Salary: £120 – £200 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and creative Primary Teacher to join welcoming schools in Brighton from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to work full-time in a long-term role, delivering engaging lessons and helping students reach their full potential.

The role is ideal for individuals passionate about primary education and committed to maintaining high teaching standards in a supportive classroom environment.

As a Primary Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum
  • Supporting pupils across a range of abilities to make progress
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively and in line with school policies
  • Assessing students’ progress and providing regular feedback
  • Collaborating with teaching staff, parents, and SLT for student development
  • Participating in school events, meetings, and professional development

Primary Teacher Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in the UK
  • Proven experience as a Primary Teacher in UK schools
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Passionate about nurturing young learners and helping them succeed
  • Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
