SEN Teaching Assistant Needed – Tower Hamlets
Location: Tower Hamlets
Pay: £90 – £105 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:45 pm
Start Date: ASAP
Are you passionate about supporting children and making a genuine difference every day? We’re looking for a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Tower Hamlets!
✏️ Your Role Will Include:

Providing tailored support to students with SEMH needs, including ADHD and challenging behaviours.

Offering help across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classes in the afternoons.

Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO to meet each child’s learning and emotional needs.

Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.

Assisting with personal care when required, including nappy changing.
✅ What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.

Understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and child protection.
-
A caring, patient attitude and a team-focused mindset.
-
Relevant training or qualifications would be an advantage.
