Role: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Hatfield Peverel
Pay Rate: £90 – £130 per day
Start Date: September 2025

GSL Education is looking to appoint Learning Support Assistants to join schools community in Hatfield Peverel. This role is perfect for someone looking to make a difference to students’ day-to-day experience in school.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver support to individuals and small groups with SEN or learning barriers
• Contribute to a positive, engaging classroom environment
• Implement support plans under the guidance of teaching staff
• Encourage emotional regulation and independent learning
• Monitor progress and adjust support where needed
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Previous experience in schools or care settings preferred
• A calm and encouraging approach
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education)
