Role: Cover Supervisor
Location: Great Dunmow
Pay Rate: £100 – £200 per day
Start Date: September 2025

GSL Education is recruiting Cover Supervisors to support schools in Great Dunmow. Whether you're building experience for teacher training or looking for flexible school-based work, this is a great role to build your confidence.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Deliver pre-set lessons in the teacher’s absence
• Maintain order and ensure lessons run smoothly
• Provide feedback to teaching staff following cover lessons
• Support students with behaviour and engagement
• Be a reliable and positive role model
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Experience with young people or in a classroom setting preferred
• Confident, organised, and adaptable
• Good classroom management and interpersonal skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education)
