Salary Scale: £13.80 to £15 per hour

Location: Cosham

GSL Education are currently recruiting for a committed and compassionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join a well-regarded specialist school located in Cosham. The school supports pupils aged 11 to 16 with a range of complex learning difficulties, including:

  • Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC)
  • Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
  • Medical and Physical Conditions

The appointed candidate will work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and families to support students' academic progress and personal development. This includes promoting independence through life skills, engaging pupils in creative and outdoor learning, and fostering confidence and a positive attitude towards education.
