Salary: £90 to £110 per day (Depending on experience)

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant (TA) in Brighton, you will be instrumental in providing tailored support to students, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers and fellow support staff to foster a positive and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant (TA):
- Support the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Assist students in understanding and completing their work, offering additional guidance where needed.
- Provide feedback to teachers and adapt support strategies accordingly.
- Promote a cohesive and collaborative classroom environment.
- Encourage a sense of belonging and inclusion for all students.
- Adapt to the diverse learning needs and styles of pupils.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
Requirements of Teaching Assistant (TA):
- A genuine interest in supporting children’s learning and development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting students.
- Relevant qualifications or training in primary education (desirable but not essential).
To work with us as a Teaching Assistant, you will need:
- The right to work in the UK.
- An up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
- An enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through us.
