Exciting Opportunity: Full-Time Primary Mainstream Teaching Assistant in Bournemouth, Dorset

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Mainstream Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a welcoming EYFS class in a vibrant primary school in Bournemouth. This is a full-time role starting in September 2025, offering a weekly pay rate of £450 - £480, depending on experience. If you have experience working with children in Early Years or supporting pupils with speech and language needs, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
About the Role
This rewarding position involves working closely with pupils in the Early Years Foundation Stage, helping them develop socially, emotionally, and academically.
As a Teaching Assistant (TA), your responsibilities will include:
- Individual and Group Support: Assist pupils with daily learning activities and routines
- Speech and Language Focus: Support children with communication needs through targeted strategies
- Collaborative Teaching: Work alongside the class teacher to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
- Positive Relationships: Build trust and rapport with pupils to encourage confidence and independence
