Maths Tutor
Location: Pocklington, East Riding of Yorkshire
Salary: £25 - £35 per hour
Start Date: After May Half-Term and/or September 2025
Are you passionate about helping students build confidence and succeed in Maths? GSL Education are seeking a qualified Maths Tutor to work at a Client Secondary School in Pocklington, East Riding of Yorkshire.
As a Maths Tutor you will be working with small groups or individual students across Key Stages 3 and 4, providing targeted Maths intervention and tuition to support progress and prepare students for GCSE success. You will also be assessing student progress and identify areas for improvement This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives on seeing students grow in skill and confidence.

Maths Tutor Requirements:
- A degree in Mathematics or a related subject (or currently studying towards one).
- Previous experience tutoring or teaching Maths in a school or similar setting.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You must have an enhanced Child Only DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one with GSL Education.
