Salary Scale: £82.10 to £104.16 per day

About the Role:
GSL Education is looking for a passionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant for a position at one of our schools in Locks Heath. In this role, you will provide tailored support to individual students, foster a love for learning, and help advance their academic progress both in one-on-one and small-group settings. 1:1Teaching Assistant Role:
- Assisting students in defining and reaching their academic objectives.
- Working in tandem with educators to devise and execute customised educational strategies.
- Aiding students in managing day-to-day responsibilities and tasks.
- Offering emotional reinforcement and motivation.
- Tracking student advancement and communicating updates to instructors.
- Delivering support within standard classroom environments.
- Collaborating with teachers on lesson structuring and readiness.
- Guiding students through classroom and homework assignments.
1:1Teaching Assistant Requirements:
- Must hold a relevant qualification in teaching or education.
- Previous experience working within a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
To work with GSL Education as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you should:
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
- Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
