Salary: £83.33 – £89 per day
Start Date: Immediate

As a School Van Driver and Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Driving the school van or minibus to safely transport students to and from school or activities.
- Assisting teachers with day-to-day classroom management and student support.
- Providing one-to-one or small group assistance to help students access learning.
- Creating a safe and nurturing environment where students feel supported.
- Supervising students during non-classroom times such as trips and transitions.
To be successful as a School Van Driver and Teaching Assistant, you must:
- Hold a full, clean driving licence (D1 category is ideal, but not always necessary depending on vehicle).
- Be confident, patient, and reliable with a genuine passion for helping young people.
- Ideally have previous experience working in a school or youth setting (though training can be provided).
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Be available for a full-time, long-term role starting immediately.
