Looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEN school in Ealing on a full-time, long-term basis. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with students with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD and moderate learning difficulties. You will provide 1:1 and small group support, assist with classroom activities, and help manage behaviour effectively. You will work alongside the class teacher and other professionals to ensure students reach their full potential.

In this Teaching Assistant position, you will work alongside teachers to support learning across the classroom. You'll provide additional guidance to pupils who need extra help, ensuring they remain engaged and confident in their work while contributing to a calm and productive classroom setting.

As a Behaviour Support professional, you will work closely with students who require additional support to manage their behaviour and engagement in school. You will play a key role in promoting positive behaviours, supporting emotional regulation and helping pupils access learning in a meaningful way.
