This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals to provide valuable support to students as they navigate their GCSE studies.

About the Role:
As a GCSE Teaching Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting students as they prepare for their GCSE examinations. This position offers a rewarding experience for individuals who are passionate about facilitating student success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Classroom Support: Assist teachers in providing targeted support to students during GCSE lessons.
  2. Individualized Assistance: Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help in specific GCSE subjects.
  3. Resource Preparation: Assist in preparing and organizing resources for GCSE lessons, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
  4. Progress Monitoring: Work closely with teachers to monitor the progress of students, identifying areas for additional support.
  5. Exam Preparation: Support students in preparing for GCSE examinations, offering guidance and encouragement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, especially in a GCSE setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the GCSE curriculum and examination requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow in an educational setting.
