Position: Primary School Teacher for KS2 (Key Stage 2)
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Salary: £130.00 - £140.00 Per Day
Start Date: ASAP

GSL Education is currently seeking a dedicated and diligent KS2 Primary School Teacher for placement in Lincolnshire.

The role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a variety of Primary Schools and obtain useful experience in the field of education. We are looking for a motivated classroom teacher who can effectively offer an academic yet creative curriculum centred on interesting topics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver engaging, dynamic, and challenging lessons for KS2 Primary pupils.
  • Conduct assessments, keep records, and offer detailed progress reports.
  • Collaborate together with colleagues and support staff to foster a welcoming and inclusive learning environment.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive behaviour management strategies.
  • To enhance student success and well-being, establish excellent communication channels with parents and guardians.
Qualifications:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Demonstrate a successful track record of teaching KS2 students.
  • Display a strong commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the realm of education.
  • Possess exceptional organisational and time-management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Approach teaching with a positive, dynamic, and energetic mindset.
  • Possess an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registration on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one through GSL Education).
