GSL Education are currently looking for an experienced 1-1 Learning Support Assistant to join a high achieving secondary school located in Hayes.
A comprehensive mixed school with a proven track record in delivering high quality learning results with excellent outcomes for students.
The school is looking to appoint an inspirational Learning Support Assistant who shares the belief in the highest standards of academic attainment in a comprehensive settings. The successful candidate should be innovative and a dynamic support assistant, able to assist at KS3-4.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment.
The successful candidate must:
- Demonstrate recent experience as an a LSA or support assistant
- Hold a minimum of Level 3 in Teaching Assistant
- Be proven to raise and maintain attainment levels, keeping standards high
- Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who leads by example
- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent behaviour management strategies
