Utilise a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities, ensuring every student can reach their full potential.

Plan and deliver dynamic MFL lessons tailored to the needs and abilities of students, ensuring language acquisition and cultural appreciation. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and fosters a love for languages. Utilize a range of teaching strategies and resources to effectively teach grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.

About the Role: Support children with challenging behaviour profiles and emotional and mental health difficulties, providing tailored assistance to meet their individual needs. Collaborate with senior staff members to identify risks and support strategies for children who have experienced adverse childhood experiences. Work within a supportive and dynamic team environment, gaining exposure to various aspects of children's mental health, trauma, and neurodiversity provisions.
