This is a learning support role, not a sports coaching or PE delivery position. Alongside teachers and school staff, you will support pupils in the classroom, supervise lessons, and provide practical help to students who need additional encouragement or guidance. The discipline, communication, and motivational skills that come naturally from a sporting background translate powerfully into this environment - but your primary focus will always be on education support, not sport.

As a Behaviour Support specialist, you will work directly with pupils whose behaviour presents a barrier to their own learning and the learning of those around them.
