Admin / Exam Coordinator
Location - Reading
Salary- £90 depending on experience
Contract Type- Supply – Long Term

GSL Education is a friendly, well established, ethical teacher and support staff agency, currently seeking to appoint a Administrator / Exam Coordinator to undertake a position at one of our Secondary schools in Reading. The successful applicant under the supervision of the Office Manager will need to be able to work as part of a team as well as independently; to be able to multi-task, priorities your workload whilst ensuring deadlines are met.

As Admin / Exam Coordinator the right candidate is required to ensure that exams are carried out according to the rules set out by the exam board and that allows each candidate to sit the exam in the same conditions as other candidates throughout the country.

You would be required to set up the exam room, supervise the entry and exit of the students, supervise exam completion and ensure students are comfortable and equipped, collate exam papers at the end of the exam and other duties as directed by the chief examiner.

Sessions are typically for a morning, or an afternoon or for the whole day dependent upon the school’s schedule.

You will need to purchase a new DBS with us if you do not have a valid one currently. We can help you with the application.
