Support pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis. Help students manage their emotions, behaviour and engagement. Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils. Support students to access learning and develop their confidence and independence. Use positive behaviour strategies to encourage engagement. Work closely with teachers and the wider pastoral/SEN team. Provide a calm, consistent and nurturing presence throughout the school day.

Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN. Support learning, communication, emotional regulation and positive behaviour. Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils. Work closely with teachers and the wider SEN team. Provide personal care where required, depending on the setting. Maintain a calm, patient and nurturing approach.

Supporting children and young people with a range of SEN needs. Providing 1:1 and small-group support where required. Supporting pupils with their learning, communication and personal development. Helping to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour using positive and consistent approaches. Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils. Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to support individual needs. Encouraging independence, confidence and positive social interaction.
