We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEMH LSA (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Learning Support Assistant) to join our secondary schools in Basildon. Starting immediately, the SEMH LSA will play a critical role in supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health challenges, helping them to engage positively with their education and achieve their full potential.

In this role, you will spend your day working closely with one pupil, helping them stay engaged in lessons and supporting them with their learning and daily classroom routines. You will work alongside the class teacher and the school's SEN team to make sure the pupil feels comfortable, confident, and able to access the curriculum.
