Contract: Permanent- Full Time

GSL Education is currently looking to appoint an exceptional Geography teacher for one of our client secondary schools in South East London.

The role is for a mixed secondary school which is located in Greenwich. Here you will be supported and developed to ensure that you deliver inspirational and innovative teaching on a daily basis.  It has a dedicated team of staff and governors who work hard to maintain the high expectations and pastoral support that lead to the best possible standards. The School recognizes each person's individual qualities and needs.
As such, the school is looking for a Geography teacher who is dynamic in the classroom with the ability to differentiate the learning material to a range of ability levels.
The successful candidate will:
  • Have Qualified Teacher Status
  • Have experience of teaching Geography in previous role.
  • Have an up to date CV and enhanced DBS.
  • The capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Have passion for the subject and the ability to share this with young people
  • To be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who leads by example
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
NOTE: The role is also suitable for newly qualified teachers (NQT)
