As an Early Years Practitioner, you will support children aged 0-5 within the early years setting, helping to deliver engaging play-based learning activities. You will work closely with staff to support communication, social development, and early learning skills, ensuring children feel safe, supported and encouraged to explore.

As a Sports Coach / Learning Support member of staff, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils across the classroom, including children with additional learning or behavioural needs. You may provide SEN support, assist with small group interventions, supervise activities, and help maintain a calm and structured environment. Your sports or coaching background will be valuable in building positive relationships, encouraging participation, and supporting behaviour management.

As a Behaviour Support member of staff, you will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support pupils who may experience behavioural, social, emotional, or additional learning challenges. You will provide both classroom and one-to-one support, helping pupils regulate behaviour, stay engaged in lessons, and build positive relationships with peers and staff.
