Your background in sport gives you a strong foundation - particularly in building rapport with young people and managing group dynamics - but your core responsibilities centre on education support, not sport.

The confidence, discipline, and communication skills you have developed through sport will be invaluable - but your primary purpose is to support students in their learning, not to coach them in sport.
