Previous experience working with students with SEN in a school or educational setting. Understanding of various SEN, including autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff. A relevant qualification in SEN support or education is desirable but not essential.
