Are you a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant looking to join a warm and welcoming early years setting?
GSL Education are working closely with a lovely school based Nursery in Leigh-on-Sea who are seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to support children in their early development.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to learn through play, exploration, and positive relationships.
The Role:
- Supporting children aged 0–5 with their learning, play, and daily routines.
- Assisting with activities that promote early development, language, and social skills.
- Creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment indoors and outdoors.
- Supporting children with personal care, mealtimes, and rest periods where required.
- Working as part of a friendly team to deliver high-quality childcare.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable, but not essential for the right candidate.
- A genuine passion for supporting children in their early years.
