Job Title: Unqualified Teacher

Salary: Up to £130 per day
Contract Type: Full time, long-term / Day-to-day

About the Role:
As an Unqualified Teacher, you will work closely with teaching staff to support classroom learning, deliver lessons, and provide tailored support to students. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain teaching experience and make a tangible impact on students’ academic progress and overall development.
Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver lessons in line with school curriculum and guidance from class teachers.

Support students’ learning and engagement in classroom activities.

Implement behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.

Collaborate with teaching and support staff to provide personalised support for students.

Maintain accurate records of student progress and participation.

Support students with any additional needs, including personal care if required.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a classroom or educational setting is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt to the needs of diverse learners.

Enthusiasm, patience, and a proactive approach to supporting students.
