Job Title: QTS Primary Teacher 
Location: Warwickshire - B78 3RQ
Pay rate: £110 to £160 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate 
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are looking to appoint experienced and confident Primary Teachers to work in caring and well-established schools in Warwickshire (B78 3RQ). We are seeking committed individuals who can bring energy, good classroom practice and a positive approach to teaching.

Main Responsibilities of a Primary Teacher:

  • Deliver well-structured lessons in line with curriculum expectations.
  • Support pupils’ learning needs and encourage independent thinking.
  • Provide ongoing assessment, progress checks and feedback.
  • Ensure lessons are inclusive and enjoyable for all children.
  • Work in partnership with colleagues and contribute to school life.
  • Promote a safe and respectful classroom environment.

What We Require:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent.
  • Previous UK classroom experience is essential.
  • Strong understanding of teaching and learning across primary year groups.
  • Ability to tailor teaching for children with mixed abilities.
  • Professional communication and organisational skills.
  • Right to work in the UK.

  • Two recent references.
  • Enhanced DBS registered with the update service, or willingness to apply.
