Job Title: QTS Primary Teacher
Location: Warwickshire - CV34
Pay rate: £110 to £160 (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time
GSL Education are seeking skilled and passionate Primary Teachers to support schools in Warwickshire (CV34). We are looking for confident and reliable practitioners with previous teaching experience in primary settings, who are ready to make a positive impact in the classroom.
This opportunity would suit a Primary Teacher who enjoys encouraging children to achieve their best, takes pride in high-quality teaching and learning, and is confident managing a mixed-ability class.
Key Duties of a Primary Teacher:
- Plan and deliver lessons that are engaging and aligned with the national curriculum.
- Support pupils’ academic development and wellbeing through effective teaching strategies.
- Use assessment to monitor progress and adapt learning activities where needed.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
- Create a positive, safe and well-organised learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with the wider school team.
What We Expect:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent.
- Previous Primary Teaching experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of classroom practice across Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and flexible attitude.
Essential Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- An updated CV that includes the last ten years of employment history with explanations for any gaps.
- Two professional referees from recent employment.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
