Pay: £90 – £110 per day

As an ASC TA, you will be joining a school community that values teamwork, empathy, and growth — both for students and staff. It’s a full-time role, Monday to Friday, where consistency and dedication truly matter.

What You’ll Be Doing as an ASC TA

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Autism (ASC).

  • Assisting teachers in adapting lessons and learning materials to meet individual needs.

  • Encouraging communication, independence, and emotional self-regulation.

  • Supporting sensory needs and implementing structured routines.

  • Helping create a calm, safe and engaging learning environment tailored for ASC learners.

Your role as an ASC TA is pivotal in helping students make meaningful progress socially, emotionally, and academically.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience supporting children with Autism (ASC) or in an SEN setting (desirable).

  • A calm, nurturing, and patient approach to behaviour and communication.

  • Strong interpersonal and observation skills.

  • Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
